The Bunkhouse lives at Camp Coyote. It will sleep up to 6 people.
Although still not finished (a front stoop will be added), read the story
on its exterior transformation below. Interior
work is still underway. When it's finished, we'll post lodging details on our Accommodations page.

THE BUNKHOUSE STORY
The Bunkhouse before its make-over
Cousins stand in the doorway. Pictured left to right: Brooke
and Bailey Roecker, Jacob Wilbeck.
 The Salvaged Door
Our neighbors, Mary Ann and Paul Miller, told Kevin that he was welcome
to salvage anything from their house, before it was torn down. He saw this door and couldn't refuse! It's
now the front door in The Bunkhouse.
 The Paint Test
Before completely painting the building, we tested our colors to make sure
they worked together.
Chris OK'd the "test," so onward!
 Special Details
Kevin also used molding salvaged
from the Miller's house. This shows the painted carved detail in the corner pieces of the windows.
 Original Windows
The now-yellow windows were
original to the shed.
The Final Look - Front View
The Bunkhouse exterior, complete
with red flower box, is finished and ready for its move to Camp Coyote. There, the interior will be finished
and flowers planted for the final touch.
The Final Look - Rear View
The short
roof over the windows was added to keep the rain out, when enjoying a breezy sleep.
