You can rent the entire camp for your
complete enjoyment and privacy.
Guests stay in The Bunkhouse and Sleeping Shelters. Note: We
will make-up the beds and set-up the camp pads and sleeping bags for the number of guests registered in
your party. Maximum number of registered guests sleeping in Farmhouse Life accommodations is 14 people per
night. Have more guests with their own tents and sleeping bags? Call us to make arrangements (additional
charges may apply).

Celebration
Barn:
Rental for private parties only. Maximum occupancy = 125 people.
1-day
rental = $150 + tax*
1-day rental when also renting entire Camp Coyote = $100 + tax*
2-day rental = $200
+ tax*
Rental includes: table/chair seating for up to 72 people, 16 ft long banquet table, 1 portable toilet.
Note: If more than 50 people are attending, then 1 additional toilet must be
rented with 1 week prior notice for an additional fee (at cost).
Rental date is confirmed with $50 deposit
and rental agreement signature.
Full refund of deposit, when event clean-up is completed by guest.
Full
refund of deposit, if event is cancelled 3 weeks prior to rental agreement date.

Showers:
Since our camp shower is still
under development, we will arrange a complimentary FREE shower for each Camp Coyote guest (up to 14 guests,
one shower per guest per weekend stay) at the Greene County Community Center in Jefferson. A towel will be
provided at the center. Bring your own toiletries and a padlock if you want to lock your possessions in a
locker while showering.
The Greene County Community Center (GCCC) is located on the corner of
Lincolnway (also called E53) and Hwy 4 (also called Elm Street) at 204 W. Harrison Jefferson IA 50129. It's just 6 blocks
west of the Milwaukee Depot which is located at the trail-head of the Raccoon River Valley Trail.

shower.Bike Trail Rider Pick-up and Drop-off:Want to hit the Raccoon River
Valley Trail with just your bike and an overnight bag?
Based on our availability, we can pick you and
your bike up at a pre-arranged location in Jefferson and bring you to Farmhouse Life. At this time, we can transport only
small parties per trip. We will transport your bike on a trailer equipped with bike fork mounts, which
will require the removal of your bike's front wheel. We will take care in safely transporting you and
your bike to our camp. However, if your bike requires extra special handling, you may need to make arrangements
for another method of transport. When you are ready to hit the trail again, we can drop you off at the trail stops
in Jefferson or Cooper.
