Maximum occupancy is 125 people.  Seating for up to 72 people is included with the rental of the barn.  See below for rental details.  The barn is shown here decorated for an event.  The table cloths, white chairs and decorations shown in the photo are not included with rentals.

The Celebration Barn is located on our property within walking distance of Camp Coyote and is available for private event rentals.

It is a perfect place to host a party for your reunion, graduation, anniversary, engagement, or wedding shower.  It is also a great gathering spot for bike teams and paddling groups.

Maximum Occupancy:  125 people
Rentals are for private events only.
Events can not be open to the public. No admission can be charged.
Rentals to adults 21 years or older.
Call us with details specific to your event.

Dimensions: 
Barn:  Approx. 88 ft long x 36 ft wide
Stage:  Approx. 22 ft long x 14 ft wide (deep)
Woodchip area to the right of the stage:  Approx. 23 ft long x 17 ft wide (deep)


Rental of barn includes:
72 red chairs
12 folding tables (6 ft long x 29 in  wide x 29 in high)
1 banquet table (16 ft long x 52 in wide x 30 in high; cannot be moved)
1 portable toilet (if more than 50 people are attending the event, another portable toilet must be rented at cost with 1 week prior notice)
Parking for guests available in our pasture.

Rental does NOT include:  table cloths, decorations, set-up or take-down of tables/chairs or party set-up services.  For additional tables, chairs or party supplies, ask us for suggestions.

Rental Contract:
Rental date is confirmed with a deposit and signed rental agreement.
Full refund of deposit, if rental is cancelled 3 weeks prior to rental agreement date.
Renters must clean-up the barn and parking grounds after use, for a full refund of deposit.  Clean-up required:  wipe-down tables/chairs, put away tables/chairs, remove decorations and all personal items, pick-up debris in barn/parking grounds, bag trash (please separate your recyclables from trash that can be burned).
Guests must follow Rules.

Other Details:
A large charcoal grill and two small grills are available upon request (bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils).
Two small floor fans are available upon request.
You are welcome to use whatever extension cords we have available (but you may need to bring some).
At this time, only light electrical needs can be serviced in the barn (For example, we have hosted events with 3 roaster ovens, 1 commercial coffee pot, barn lighting and small speakers running at the same time). 
No sink or access to running water.  No refrigerator or stove.

Seating for 72 people is included in the rental of the barn (72 red chairs and 12 six ft folding tables).  Top with your own table cloths for a festive look!  A large charcoal grill (and 2 smaller grills) are available for use upon request.  Bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils.

The 16 ft long banquet table is included in the rental of the barn.  It is shown here set-up with potluck goodies for the FRESH event.
